			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 2010 Camaro is slated to go on sale in the spring of 2009, resurrecting the Camaro brand that ended its original 35-year run in 2002.  Chevrolet will have 3 models available: LS, LT, and SS.  The LS and LT will both share a 3.6L V6 that produces 300 hp and 273 ft·lbf.  The SS with manual transmission will use the 6.2L LS3, producing 422 hp and 408 ft·lbf, while with automatic transmission will use the L99 producing 400 hp and 395 ft·lbf.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 2001 Camaro was the lowest production year ever for the Camaro, signally an end for the Camaro just one year later.  The 29,009 Camaros produced in 2001 were mostly due to a declining market but also due to the fact Chevrolet cut the 2001 year short to work on the 35th anniversary cars for 2002.  Engine output increased to 315 hp for the Z28 and 325 hp for the SS thanks to the use of some parts from the LS6 used in the Chevrolet Corvette.</p>
